We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging and accessories. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, or you can provide your Order ID.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@carbidemtmtooling.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will try to arrange the pickup of return items for your convenience. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and if possible make a video of the package while opening and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 7 days of delivery, except for items listed under "Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items" below. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method (Razorpay or COD refund, as applicable) within 7 business days. Please note it may take some additional time for your bank or card company to reflect the refund after we've processed it.
